Detecting the surface strength of building structures, based on the use of mechanical rebound gauges, corresponding non-contact sensors are configured to convert mechanical displacement into electrical signals, which are directly displayed in digital form. The host can be directly attached to the arm, making it easy to carry and more suitable for on-site testing personnel to use
Adopting a micro shrapnel machine system with intelligent operation display function, it can set the measurement status according to the keyboard, display the test storage measurement values, automatically calculate the maximum and minimum values, automatically calculate the average value of the measurement area, automatically calculate the strength value of the measurement area, and has data processing function. It can store tens of thousands of measurement data, equipped with 232 serial computer communication port and printer parallel port, 128 × 64 LCD display screen, and outer row size of 18.5 × 9 × 9cm. The rebound sensor uses the original mechanical rebound instrument, equipped with a small energy converter, and retains all the displacement scale and other states of the original mechanical rebound instrument. The data display and mechanical display coexist for easy calibration and comparison.
The main testing functions of SZ-3 and SZ-2 instruments are basically the same. (Not equipped with printer)
